Terms of Service

These terms cover the service provided at tsxvmodels.com by TSXV Models (operated by Andreas Luksch). By placing an order you agree to them.

What you order

A reconciled 3-statement Excel model (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) for one TSX Venture (TSXV) listed company, built by hand from its public regulatory filings, plus a folder of the filings used. One company per order.

Price & delivery

• Price: USD 300 per company, charged at checkout via Stripe.
• Delivery: within 48 hours of order for TSXV-listed companies. Other exchanges are quoted per filing volume.
• Delivery is via a link to a folder containing the model and filings.

Refund policy

If I cannot deliver a reconciled model for the company you ordered, you get a full refund. If something is wrong with what you receive, tell me and I'll fix it or refund you.

Scope & disclaimer

• This is a modeling service built from publicly filed financial reports. It is not tax, audit, accounting, or regulatory-filing work.
• The model and filings folder are provided for information only and are not investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.
• Figures are derived from the company's own public filings; you are responsible for your own due diligence and decisions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
