This policy explains what information TSXV Models ("we", "I") collects when you use tsxvmodels.com, and how it is used. TSXV Models is operated by Andreas Luksch.

What we collect

• Email address — when you request the sample model or place an order.
• Order details — the ticker / company you ask us to model.
• Payment information — collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Basic technical data — standard request information (e.g. user agent) used to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

• To deliver the model and filings folder you ordered, and to reply to you.
• To process your payment (via Stripe).
• If you opt in, to send occasional updates about new TSXV models and tools. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with the service providers that run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — hosting and the database that stores your email/order.
• Resend — sending email notifications.
• Google Drive — delivering your model and filings folder.

Retention

We keep order and contact records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to access or delete the personal data we hold about you, or unsubscribe from updates, at any time by emailing hello@tsxvmodels.com.
